Exhibit at the 2024 Institute
We are excited to be planning in-person exhibitor opportunities for the 2024 National Rural Institute on Alcohol, Drugs, and Addictions. Throughout the Institute schedule, you will see that attendee education is our primary focus. To maximize your face-to-face time with attendees, we encourage booth attendants to participate in the rest of the Institute sessions and activities. We also have dedicated Exhibitor and Networking break times daily. More information is available below.

You pick the days that work best for you...
The Exhibit area is open daily. Sunday and Thursday are partial event days, with maximum attendee participation on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Booth space is available for $500 for the week. We also have ala carte options for those interested in specific days.
Weekly Exhibitor Rate:
$500 ($150 savings!)
Daily Exhibitor Rates:
Sunday: $100
Monday: $150
Tuesday: $150
Wednesday: $150
Thursday: $100
Daily rates includes booth attendant registration for 1 individual. Booth attendants are encouraged to participate in all Institute sessions and activities, but CEUs are not included. If a booth attendant needs CEUs, they are able to select the CEU add-on option during the registration process for a discounted rate of $325.
Note: Exhibitors are not required to setup/teardown daily. Items can be left overnight at the preference and risk of the exhibitor.

Maximize Networking...
Our Exhibit area is located within the same space as our daily plenary speakers. Additionally, our schedule provides dedicated Exhibitor and Networking breaks. This allows our attendees to interact with exhibitors without worrying about missing a session.
